Tom Mucher
President

Tom Mucher joined YGC in November, 2010 and was named President & CEO in May, 2011. Tom brings more than twenty years of operations, professional services, business development, sales, technology delivery and client management experience to YGC Solutions. He has spent the last fifteen years in senior management positions working with information technology and services companies developing e-business technology services models and infrastructure.

Before joining YGC Solutions, Tom served as Vice President of Client Services for IncentOne, Inc. Headquartered in New Jersey, IncentOne designs, develops and markets a technology platform for health plans and third-party administrators to design and administer incentive solutions for the healthcare industry. Prior assignments include Vice President of Operations for CareGain, a comprehensive technology platform for banks, health plans and third-party administrators to design and administer consumer-directed healthcare product offerings, and VP of Professional Services with I-many, a provider of trade relationship management software solutions for the life sciences and consumer packaged goods industries. While at I-many, he grew the services business to a revenue contribution of over $30 million and more than 50% of company revenue and participated in the company’s successful initial public offering in July 2000.

Tom has also served as Vice President of Technical Services for AnswerSoft, Inc., a provider of customer interaction management software and services solutions, where he developed and directed the software engineering and services organization through its successful acquisition by Davox Corporation in early 1998. Prior to AnswerSoft, he served as Vice President of Professional Services for North America with Tivoli Systems, Inc., a provider of software products and services for enterprise systems management solutions. During his tenure with Tivoli the company achieved a record level of growth and profitability, which enabled a successful initial public offering, and subsequent acquisition by IBM. Prior to Tivoli, Tom served in similar roles with Convex Computers, a UNIX supercomputer and applications company.

David Mogel
SVP, Administration & General Counsel

David Mogel holds an undergraduate degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Psychology from Hofstra University, and a law degree from St. John's University, where he graduated in the top 8% of his class and served as an editor on the Law Review. He practiced corporate law at a major New York City firm for seven years before becoming VP of Operations and General Counsel for a technology services company specializing in sophisticated application development. In his tenure at that company, annual revenues grew from $5 million to more than $100 million. Dave has represented a number of enterprises in merger and acquisition activities, financings, intellectual property matters and general corporate activities.

Frederick C. Booker
VP, Business Development & Marketing

Fred Booker is a results-proven management professional with 20 years experience in sales, marketing and leadership positions in the collections industry. Prior to joining YGC, he was Senior Vice President for Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson and Hornik with responsibility for selling debt collection services nationally to financial institutions, credit card issuers, auto lenders, and others. Previously he held positions with Level 5, Wolpoff & Abramson, Commonwealth Copy Products, Eastern Telecom, United Business Machines, and Harris 3M. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications degree from the University of South Florida.

Denise A. Falcone-Manniello
VP, Client Services

Denise brings more than 20 years of credit and collections, client services, account management and business development experience to YGC. She has spent the last fifteen years in senior management positions working with credit and collection services and technology companies developing client services and business development strategies. Before joining YGC, Denise was the founder and president of Federal Credit Repair Services, which specializes in repairing consumer credit and debt consolidation. Prior to Federal Credit Repair Services, Denise served as a National Account Executive with TransUnion, where she directed client services and business development activities for strategic accounts. Prior to TransUnion, Denise served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Relationship Management and Client Services with NCO Financial Systems and JDR Recovery Corporation.

Denise has both a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Alan Heger
VP, Technology Services

Alan Heger brings more than 20 years of business and technology experience to YGC Solutions. Before taking the role of technology leader at YGC, Alan spent twelve years as Vice President of Information Systems at Russ Berrie and Company, Inc., a leading designer and distributor of consumer products to the gift industry. At Russ Berrie, Alan contributed his combined technology skills and business acumen to help elevate Russ Berrie to a position of industry leadership.

Earlier in his career, Alan founded H&P Systems, Inc., an independent developer of application software for wholesale distribution companies. At H&P he was involved in financial systems development, providing a strong foundation for his current role at YGC Solutions. Previously he developed aircraft positioning software at the Navigation and Control Division of the Bendix Corporation.

Alan is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
