Stevan H. Goldman has been leading software development in the debt collection industry for more than 30 years. He designed and wrote a legal collection case management software system in 1977 while working as a clerk in his father’s law office. In 1978 he founded Commercial Legal Software (CLS) to continue to develop, license and support that software, called Collection-Master™. Collection-Master is used in collection, subrogation and foreclosure specialist law firms throughout the United States. Mr. Goldman remains as President and Chief Operating Officer of CLS.
After co-founding YGC Solutions, in 2000 he designed and developed YGC 1.0, a cloud-based data conduit. Since upgraded to YGC 3.0, the service improves industry governance trhough its ability to apply both data integrity and business practice standards to the data it processes. YGC is used by more than 750 collection professionals including debt issuers, owners and servicers throughout the US.
Jeffrey H. Zuck is a co-founder of YGC Solutions. Formerly a member of the Board of Governors of the CLLA, he was also a member of the Executive Council of the CLLA’s Eastern Region. He was the founder and developer of NL on Disk II, the first software application available in the collections industry to assist with the entire claims forwarding process.
In addition to co-founding YGC Solutions, Mr. Zuck has led The National List of Attorneys since 1982.
David Mogel holds an undergraduate degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Psychology from Hofstra University, and a law degree from St. John's University, where he graduated in the top 8% of his class and served as an editor on the Law Review. He practiced corporate law at a major New York City firm for seven years before becoming VP of Operations and General Counsel for a technology services company specializing in sophisticated application development. In his tenure at that company, annual revenues grew from $5 million to more than $100 million. Dave has represented a number of enterprises in merger and acquisition activities, financings, intellectual property matters and general corporate activities.
Fred Booker is a results-proven management professional with 20 years experience in sales, marketing and leadership positions in the collections industry. Prior to joining YGC, he was Senior Vice President for Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson and Hornik with responsibility for selling debt collection services nationally to financial institutions, credit card issuers, auto lenders, and others. Previously he held positions with Level 5, Wolpoff & Abramson, Commonwealth Copy Products, Eastern Telecom, United Business Machines, and Harris 3M. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications degree from the University of South Florida.
Alan Heger brings more than 20 years of business and technology experience to YGC Solutions. Before taking the role of technology leader at YGC, Alan spent twelve years as Vice President of Information Systems at Russ Berrie and Company, Inc., a leading designer and distributor of consumer products to the gift industry. At Russ Berrie, Alan contributed his combined technology skills and business acumen to help elevate Russ Berrie to a position of industry leadership.
Earlier in his career, Alan founded H&P Systems, Inc., an independent developer of application software for wholesale distribution companies. At H&P he was involved in financial systems development, providing a strong foundation for his current role at YGC Solutions. Previously he developed aircraft positioning software at the Navigation and Control Division of the Bendix Corporation.
Alan is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
